 Tiny Energy Bills

30% Savings with Energy Efficiency

Picture
  • With industry-standard Energy Efficiency, you can expect  30% savings and 60% is quite feasible with our certified, expert, industry-standard methods to reduce kWh use.
  • But 60% savings requires deeper investments that have longer paybacks than most clients will chose.
  • Before CLEP, it was widely asserted that the cheapest and cleanest kWh is the one you didn't consume.

70% Savings with CLEP

  • CLEP greatly rewards time-dependent use, i.e., CLEP is not based upon kWh reductions but instead upon when electricity is used.
  • CLEP more than doubles the cash-flow and thus cuts the payback time of the most expensive energy efficiency investments by more than half,  &
  • CLEP finances another 10% saving derived from programming appliances you already own to primarily operate when electricity is cheapest.
  • With CLEP, the cheapest and cleanest kWh is consumed but purchased from the electricity grid at 2 AM.  Why? because wind farms in Iowa often sell electricity at minus 1 cent per kWh at night.

The cheapest and cleanest kWh is consumed... but purchased from the electricity grid at 2 AM.
